Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover. Key Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applicationsBuild workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriateWrite clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions)Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollutionBuild integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID ServersDevelop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation that simplify how users request services and ensure each request is routed, approved, and executed reliably end-to-endImplement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJSDevelop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvementsImplement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics where required, ensuring stakeholders have the operational visibility they need to monitor service performance and make informed decisionsParticipate in design reviews, contribute to platform standards, and document technical decisionsSupport upgrades, regression testing, and remediation of customizations across releasesTroubleshoot performance, scripting, and integration issues across development, test, and production instances, applying systematic root-cause analysis and contributing durable fixes back to the platformCollaborate with admins, BAs, and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose pragmatic technical solutionsStay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field10 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNowDeep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI PoliciesExperience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHubHands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID ServersStrong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB conceptsExperience with Service Portal widget developmentServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credentialStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM)Experience with Now Assist or GenAI ControllerFamiliarity with App Engine StudioExposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments How To Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
