ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities
Provide support to Senior Leader Command, Control, Communications Systems-Airborne (SLC3S-A) Operations, Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Operations, Air Force Global Strike Command’s (AFGSC) E-4B aircraft, also known as the National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC), and U.S. Navy E-6B Mercury aircraft.
Provide support to EACN Air to GIG Gateways (A2G2s), EACN Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL), and the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC).
Provide full-spectrum support for EACN’s ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government-defined business processes approved by the EACN PM.
Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and EACN business requirements.
Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
- Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
- Certifications: ServiceNow Developer Support: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline; to include five (5) years of DoD experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree; Years of Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline; to include five (5) years of DoD experience

- On-site: Full-time on-site position
- Travel: 10% travel may be required
