ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Work across technical teams gather requirements, design, build (code), test, and implement service catalog items with ServiceNow in a fast-paced environment.
• Enhance and/or create high complexity service catalog workflows.
• Able to understand and leverage RESTful APIs.
• Document, analyze and test to resolve problems.
• Aid in research, evaluate, and recommend solutions, identify ways to reuse existing code, and designs prototypes using current or emerging technologies.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing on different environments to ensure code quality and performance of development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in workflow development using ServiceNow
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work effectively in an Enterprise Agile and DevOps team environment required
• Position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with creative thinking and ability to work on abstract concepts
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the team and with leadership
• Analytical thinker, problem-solver, and the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities

Preferred Technical Experience

• ServiceNow Catalog Developer expertise
• ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management expertise
• ServiceNow ITSM Suite (CMDB, Incident, Change, Catalog)
• Experience with ServiceNow Reporting
