ServiceNow Automated Test Framework QA Engineer/Tester (Remote-DC/MD/VA)

Responsibilities

• Drive ATF QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and track defects, drive resolution and retesting.
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards.
• Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ATF.
• 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF), including designing, building, and executing automated test cases.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, workflows, and AI platform features.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience integrating ATF with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Active DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Certifications in ServiceNow including but not limited to Certified System Administrator, ATF Specialist, or QA methodologies (e.g., ISTQB).

Pay

USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
