Responsibilities
- Drive ATF QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and track defects, drive resolution and retesting.
- Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards.
- Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ATF.
- 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF), including designing, building, and executing automated test cases.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, workflows, and AI platform features.
- Familiarity with government contracting processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience integrating ATF with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Active DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Certifications in ServiceNow including but not limited to Certified System Administrator, ATF Specialist, or QA methodologies (e.g., ISTQB).
Pay
USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
