About the role
The ServiceNow QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications. This includes testing functionalities, identifying bugs, and documenting test cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts
- Identify and report defects in ServiceNow applications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Document test results and provide feedback to improve product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing
- Experience with ServiceNow platform and testing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices
- Experience with bug tracking systems like JIRA
- Good knowledge of SQL and database management

Pay
Salary range: €45,000 - €60,000 per year
