What You'll Do
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Support ServiceNow platform solutions including catalog items, flows, integrations, and scoped applications.
- Administer, configure, and support a cloud-based solution.
- Execute advanced scripting of Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and define solution requirements and test applications.
- Work as part of an Agile team.
- Work a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three days remote.
Education and Experience
This position may be filled at one of three levels based on relevant education, experience, or a combination thereof:
- Level I: Associate degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Level 2: 2 years of relevant experience or a 6-year combination of education and experience.
- Level 3: 5 years of relevant experience or a 9-year combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with JavaScript and HTML.
- Working knowledge of SDLC.
- Production support experience.
- ITIL Certification.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP offers a hybrid workplace where eligible employees can telework up to three days per week. Employees must reside and work in Arizona.
