Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer
- Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience
- Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages
- Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS)
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II (CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP)
Skills
- Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications
- Java development experience
- Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer)
