Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform.
- Administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
- 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB
- Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required
- Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript
- Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience diagnosing performance related issues
- Agile experience
- Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Priority consideration given to candidates that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $100k - $105k/ year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
