ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer specialized in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module for a 6-month engagement in Rosemead, CA. This role involves implementation, support, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on enterprise risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ServiceNow application and functional support, including enhancements.
• Perform ServiceNow platform administration, development, and configuration.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrade activities (approximately once every six months) and remediate issues identified during upgrades.
• Resolve issues in non-production environments and promote code to production following successful testing.
• Support operational metrics, performance, and usage monitoring.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support runbooks.
• Configure and support OKTA/IGAM/SSO integrations in ServiceNow (e.g., onboarding new Active Directory or business units).
• Assist in setting up Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) / Splunk integrations.
• Create and manage customized groups and map user entitlements in ServiceNow.
• Maintain ServiceNow license counts and forecast future licensing needs.
• Interface with ServiceNow support to raise and resolve tickets for platform issues.
• Provide operational support for Business Impact Events (BIE) involving tools like MIM.
• Administer the onboarding of new ServiceNow modules.
• Monthly reconciliation of IGAM/AD groups with ServiceNow user accounts to ensure synchronization and license optimization (e.g., removing inactive users or those who have changed departments).

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and support.
• Specialization in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and risk management processes.
• Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
