ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

About the role

The incumbent will work in a temperature-controlled office environment with an assigned cubicle. Access to the department suite will require a special badge. DIR is currently in a hybrid telework schedule and the incumbent will be required to work on site two days (or based department policies) a week.

Responsibilities

• Serves as part of a team of senior developers on medium to large-scale projects.
• Utilizes the ServiceNow platform to automate service management workflows, develop, test and deploy applications for new business service offerings.
• Configures system to discover/monitor/secure physical and virtual assets across DIR's enterprise infrastructure.
• Performs regular platform patching and upgrades necessary to maintain a secure and supportable system.

Describe your experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a developer and/or administrator. Provide specific examples that demonstrate both the breadth and depth of your experience. Include ServiceNow applications you have worked on (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, PSDS) and your level of involvement.
