Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with a strong technical background to support platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term resolutions.
- Maintain foundational data sources, including Users, Configuration Items (CIs), Locations, etc.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and create knowledge articles for internal use.
- Assist in system audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Provide technical support for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in technology administration with a focus on ServiceNow.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow technical experience.
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration within the platform.
- Experience with integrations and managing system connectivity.
- Strong understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and work collaboratively with development teams.
- Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow applications with a general understanding of their functionalities.
- Strong adherence to change management and release governance policies.
- Experience in designing and implementing governance standards for product teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create knowledge articles for documentation.
