ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to join our team USMC Team in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

• Administer an on-premises version of ServiceNow, including activities such as installation, configuration, maintenance, updates, harden (STIG), administer, train, and document ServiceNow branding, customization, and translating user requirements into functionality
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client and UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML single sign-on for ServiceNow authentication and identity management
• Maintain KM tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and local product creation/dissemination system
• STIG/POAM/Mitigation statements support with the Linux OS and Database
• Documentation to include quick reference/admin guides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, patching, and upgrades
• An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• Certified to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements
• Experience with database administration
• Experience creating user and administrative documentation respective to ServiceNow
• Linux experience
• Must have a current / active Top Secret / SCI clearance
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%; needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
