About the role
Manage IT services using ServiceNow. Responsibilities include administering the platform, managing ITSM processes, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer ServiceNow to support IT operations
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer or legacy Workflow Editor for process automation
- Write basic JavaScript scripts for platform customizations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL foundations
- Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or legacy Workflow Editor
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript for platform customizations
Qualifications
- Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Advantageous: ITIL V3 or 4 English skills at B1/B2 level (written and spoken)
