Service Writer / Advisor

Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Service Writer to join their Agriculture & Turf Division team in Four Lakes, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a variety of people, building customer relationships, and solving problems in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
• Provide an excellent customer experience while overseeing service and warranty work orders.
• Assist in shop workflow, check in equipment for repairs, and support customers.
• Collaborate with customers, mechanics, and store personnel to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take direction as needed.
• High performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the agriculture industry.

Pay

$20.40–$29.58 per hour, depending on experience.
