Responsibilities
- Process and administer warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and service operations.
- Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timelines.
- Follow up with manufacturers or suppliers on warranty claims and spare parts requisitions.
- Cook up and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Analyze warranty claims for trends and inform management of findings for potential product improvements.
- Aid in the preparation of reports on service and warranty activities as requested.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
