Service Supervisor - Broadstone Sterling Ranch -

About the role

The Service Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring all work orders are completed efficiently and in accordance with established policies and procedures. They also manage the make-ready process for vacant units and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Responsibilities

• Manages work orders and routine upkeep
• Oversees make-ready process
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials
• Prepares maintenance and capital expense budgets
• Completes preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensures safety and compliance
• Treats residents and team members respectfully

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in property management or similar field
• Experience with preventative maintenance and budgeting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The hourly range for this job is $30 - $40. Additional compensation includes participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program, and various benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time off, and more.

This role is full-time and located in Littleton, Colorado.
