Service Supervisor - Parc at Roundtree

About the role

The Service Supervisor - Parc at Roundtree is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the community, ensuring that all work orders and make-ready processes are completed efficiently and according to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and routine upkeep on the community
• Oversees the “make-ready” process for vacant units
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and amenities
• Inspects work performed by other service team members and contractors
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance
• Assists in developing and managing budgets for repairs and maintenance
• Supports cost-cutting initiatives and safety protocols
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulations
• Treats residents and others with respect and responds to maintenance-related inquiries promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related field
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively
• Basic mathematical skills for reviewing and completing financial documents
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal (if required)
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Specialized Skills

• State and local certifications as required
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
