Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- At least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
- EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal).
- Vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successfully pass a background check.
