Service Supervisor - Meadow + Main (Jenks, OK)

About the role

The Service Supervisor at Meadow + Main is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the community, ensuring that all work is completed according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and routine upkeep on the community
• Oversees the “make-ready” process for vacant units
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Inspects work performed by other team members and contractors
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance
• Supports cost-cutting initiatives
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations
• Treats residents and others with respect and responds to maintenance requests efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property management maintenance or related field
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal (if required)
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods
• Bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects
• Pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
• Working in all weather conditions
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Compensation

• Base salary within a posted range
• Quarterly or annual bonus based on individual and company performance
