About the role
As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the Pest Control, Termite, and Sentricon Service Team, including WDO treatments, training, compliance, and quality control inspections. You will ensure uncompromised service to customers and team members while aligning with our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize daily activities of technicians, including appointment scheduling and service tickets.
- Verify technicians have vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order through daily check-ins.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to technicians, including hands-on field assistance and coverage.
- Assist the WDO team to meet scheduled commitments with quality and care for customers' homes and property.
- Utilize conflict resolution and effective communication to ensure positive interactions with team members and customers.
- Support the Branch Manager and Service Manager in achieving monthly performance goals.
- Operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals).
Requirements
- Industry experience (preferred).
- WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) Inspection and Treatment experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to pass state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- High school diploma or equivalency (college preferred).
- Ability to work a minimum 40-hour work week, including after-hours accessibility (weekends/holidays).
- Possess a current driver’s license and meet company driving standards.
- Pass background and drug screening tests upon offer of employment.
