Supervisor, Maintenance
Essential Responsibilities/Activities
- Collaborates with the leadership to establish a code of conduct for each crew member.
- Retrieves, assigns, and confirms work requests through the Hippo system.
- Identifies critical skills needed and establishes a method for employees to obtain those skillsets.
- Aids in maintaining an organized spare parts warehouse.
- Tracks and documents equipment downtime.
- Works with diagnosticians to assign work plans for machine downtime events.
- Maintains and promotes a safe working environment.
- Fulfills safety and quality policies.
- Maintains and ensures job sites are clean and free from potential hazards.
- Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
- Collaborates with co-workers to complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED is required.
- Technical School or formal apprenticeship required.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance related fields.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with and manage people.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the crew members.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
Equipment Or Software Knowledge Or Skills
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills and software (MS Office Suite, etc).
- Working knowledge of basic Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical aptitudes.
- Working knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work.
Essential Physical Functions
- Understand, follow, and communicate written and oral instructions.
- Use equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for up to 95 per cent of the shift.
- Work in conditions below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees on occasion.

Pay Range: $77,789.00 - $105,244.00
