Service Specialist
About the role
Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position provides a variety of support services across different departments.
Responsibilities
- Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages according to schedule
- Accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects as per written instructions
- Answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person
- Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinating and maintaining client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens
- Inspecting and ensuring all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for use
- Distributing client kitchen supplies and maintaining inventory control
- Handling small office moves, cleaning services, and communicating with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of work experience in a customer service field
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
Pay
The Compensation range for this role is up to $19.50 per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
