About the role

This position is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and managing the flow of activities for field technicians. You will monitor and adjust the daily schedule to complete expected and upcoming work, collaborating with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for clients or technicians, answer phones, and track clients’ service records.
  • Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider.
  • Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources, as well as a database of clients and client needs.
  • Complete service SRs for local accounts and serve as backup AR for billing.
  • Request materials needed for required services.
  • Interact with dissatisfied clients, resolving conflicts professionally and answering inquiries respectfully.
  • Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure each client receives necessary services and follow up to address ongoing needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers and clients to retain the customer base.
  • Monitor services provided and stay updated on new or discontinued services.
  • Expand the list of resources and providers to eliminate gaps in services.
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office.
  • Dispatch all technicians for service and installation jobs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of industry experience or related customer service experience.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and build relationships within the community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule

7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay

$18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
