Service Sales Support Data Centers

For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a Service Sales Support professional focused on Data Centers. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate service repair quotes for data center operations
• Utilize the CPQ tool for pricing service agreements and change orders
• Support pricing and documentation compliance for service offerings
• Respond urgently to incoming quote requests for data center needs
• Collaborate with Field Technicians and Managers to gather quote parameters
• Review Technician-generated leads for quoting opportunities
• Maintain records of quotes and their statuses in the CRM
• Assist in reporting quote volume and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in sales support or related field, or Associates with 3+ years, or High School Diploma with 5+ years experience
• Familiarity with CPQ tools and pricing service offerings
• Experience in service agreements and aftermarket service models
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail

Pay

$96,000 – $192,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
