Key Responsibilities

  • Possess and prospect for new sales opportunities through product sales, solution delivery channels, and direct client communication.
  • Qualify and nurture leads by understanding customer needs and timing, then providing solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Conduct service demonstrations, explain support features, and provide tailored solutions to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales, service options, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, plan, and augment project & service delivery team when a solution isn’t readily available.
  • Availability to field client requests and direct a solution through internal resources.
  • Maintain accuracy and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, leads, and sales progress.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activity to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations and execution. Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met particularly with capacity planning, response capabilities, and spare parts.
  • Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on course.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and project team members regularly to provide updates and resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Data Center sales, UPS, Cooling or similar customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and generate client facing documents.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and/or other activity tracking platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in the Plano, TX corporate office.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
