About the role
The Facade People is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX or Waco, TX.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and meet project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent
- Experience with cladding/facades projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
