Responsibilities
- Monitor the service department’s performance
- Continually observe and mentor Service Writers to enforce good habits and ensure exceptional customer service
- Communicate and dispatch service work to technicians
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Work successfully with Service Writers and Technicians within the Service Department
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous shop management experience
- Prior mechanic/technician experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
