About the role
TRULAND Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We are a John Deere dealership that offers a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of equipment
- Participate in dealer training programs
- Support local community events and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a retail or dealership setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of John Deere products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Note: This position may require occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
