Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Primary Responsibilities
- Use proprietary technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
- Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
- Schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with service and support, and are kept up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
- Handle employee training and development and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties, assigned as needed

Skills & Qualifications
- Industry knowledge in rental industry or related construction field
- Innovative and dependable
- Three years of maintenance and service experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to fast pace of growing company and able to quickly educate themselves and stay up-to-date on latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment
- Preference given to applicants with experience and/or background in construction industry
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- High School diploma required; Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
