Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
  • Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
  • Schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with service and support, and are kept up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Handle employee training and development and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform other duties, assigned as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Industry knowledge in rental industry or related construction field
  • Innovative and dependable
  • Three years of maintenance and service experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Adaptable to fast pace of growing company and able to quickly educate themselves and stay up-to-date on latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment
  • Preference given to applicants with experience and/or background in construction industry
  • Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
  • High School diploma required; Trade school certificate preferred
  • Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
  • Experience leading maintenance teams
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
  • Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
