About the role
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of service delivery processes within the organization. This includes managing teams, ensuring high-quality service standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of service providers
- Develop and implement service improvement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong understanding of service management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
