Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction equipment fleet
• Manage maintenance schedules and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and improve service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction equipment management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with heavy machinery operation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
