Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of construction equipment fleet
- Manage maintenance schedules and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues and improve service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction equipment management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with heavy machinery operation
