Requirements
- Proven experience in service management or a similar role within a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repair is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Able to suspend personal biases and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
