Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and workflow management.
- Ensures efficient use of resources, including labor, parts, and equipment, to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Maintains service performance metrics and KPIs to track departmental goals and objectives.
- Provides technical expertise and support to service technicians and clients as needed.
- Assists in diagnosing complex service issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Ensures services meet established quality standards and client expectations.
- Implements quality control systems and procedures to monitor and maintain high-quality output.
- Addresses and resolves quality issues promptly to prevent recurrence.
- Develops and implements safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conducts regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Promotes a culture of safety awareness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of service technician or related trades experience
- Associate's Degree or Technical Training Program Completion
- Moderate Travel
