Responsibilities
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
- Provide or direct all Front of House training
- Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Aid in the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
- Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
Qualifications
- Passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience
- Experience in managing Front of House employees
- Ability to enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Experience in managing liquor orders and costs
- Experience in creating and maintaining a positive work environment
- Understanding and ability to practice safe food handling procedures
Benefits
- Total cash compensation ranging from $70,304 to $90,000 annually based on store performance and base salary of $70,304
