Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
  • Provide or direct all Front of House training
  • Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assist with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
  • Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
  • Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
  • Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures

Qualifications

  • A passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience
  • Able to drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment policies and liquor laws
  • Ability to manage performance and conduct performance evaluations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in restaurant management and front of house operations
