What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Service team while managing daily operations, department performance, and financial results.
- Foster a strong safety culture by leading safety initiatives, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring company standards are followed.
- Build lasting customer relationships by resolving issues, visiting key accounts, and partnering with Account Managers to grow service opportunities.
- Oversee service processes, fleet management, staffing, equipment, and departmental resources to deliver outstanding results while managing costs.
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience leading or supervising teams, with a passion for coaching, accountability, and employee development.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in forklift repair or a related equipment service industry preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
