Service Manager
About the role
Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members with a commitment to Vision, Mission, and Core Values
- Manage revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance
- Multi-task and organize daily activities such as appointment scheduling, technician checks-in, and ensuring supplies and paperwork are in order
- Offer coaching, training, and support to technicians while resolving conflicts and communicating effectively
- Assist Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals
Requirements
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Proven ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to pass state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week, accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Possess current Driver's License
- High school degree or equivalency, college preferred

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE MANAGER
As a Service Manager, your responsibilities include ensuring technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets, checking in with them daily to verify they have their vehicles, uniforms, products, equipment, and paperwork ready. Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication are crucial for ensuring a positive experience for both your team and customers. You will also coach, train, and support technicians, assist in achieving monthly performance goals, and assist the Branch Manager.
