Responsibilities
- Schedule multiple projects with daily business and drives WIP completion with oversight.
- Create high team morale.
- Provide frequent and effective feedback.
- Work with GM/VP, as well as direct reports professionally and efficiently.
- Advocate for MCA's safety vision/goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years, average of 5 years of experience managing recurring maintenance projects ranging from $100K to $800K.
- Ability to manage mid to large projects.
- Drive all contract renewals.
- Negotiate some renewals without assistance.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of wireless communication, data, and security systems.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
