About the role

As a Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, human resources, training, and compliance. You will ensure uncompromised service to customers and team members while upholding our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including appointment scheduling and service tickets for technicians.
• Verify technicians have vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order through daily check-ins.
• Provide conflict resolution and effective communication to ensure positive interactions with team members and customers.
• Offer coaching, training, and support to technicians, including hands-on field assistance and coverage.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals.
• Operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals).
• Work a minimum 40-hour week, with accessibility after hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Industry experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to pass state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• High school diploma or equivalency (college preferred).
• Current driver’s license.
