Service Manager
About the role
Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations. Key responsibilities include managing revenue, sales, profit, human resources, training, and compliance. The Service Manager ensures uncompromised service to both customers and team members, aligning with the company's Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue, sales, profit, and human resource activities
- Train and support technicians
- Ensure compliance and conflict resolution
- Organize appointment scheduling and service tickets
- Verify technicians' readiness for each day
- Assist Branch Manager in achieving monthly performance goals
Requirements
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution skills
- Operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals)
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Possess current Driver's License
- Pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week, accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
