What you’ll do
- Help lead and support a team of electrical technicians
- Learn day-to-day operations of a growing service division
- Coach and motivate team members
- Help improve team performance, organization, and customer experience
- Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and leadership
- Learn recruiting, operations, and leadership skills
- Track goals, performance, and team results

Pay
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 base + performance bonuses from $20,000 - $60,000 per year.
