Service Line Sales - SAP
About the role
We are seeking a highly qualified and multifaceted Service Lines Sales – SAP, to join our team in North America. In this role, the ideal SAP Sales lead focuses on selling SAP enterprise software solutions—such as S/4HANA, Cloud, and CRM—to new and existing customers to drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with partners to deliver value.
- Work through the identify opportunities, generate new demands (assigned accounts), and bring closure to deals.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Develop territory and account plans to maximize revenue and ensure solution adoption.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline, often using methodologies like MEDDIC.
- Articulate the value of SAP’s portfolio, including life Science industry-specific solutions and the Business Technology Platform.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Min of 2+ years of SAP sales experience.
- Should have been an SAP practitioner for 3-15 years, prior to SAP sales role.
- Should have sold SAP RISE deals (greenfield, brownfield, migration) along with AI driven SAP AMS deals in the past.
- Experience in running an SAP business lead generation campaign in collaboration with SAP AEs (or SAP IBUs).
- Strong understanding of business processes, such as finance, supply chain, or customer experience and well versed in Pharma industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle negotiations, and drive 6- or 7-digit deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).

Pay
The annual base salary for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications.
