Responsibilities
- Engage with consumers and customers via various channels
- Solve issues and provide product knowledge
- Enter orders and manage warranties and returns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to gather and analyze consumer feedback
- Help shape the perception of Pure Fishing's brands
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenges with a positive attitude
- A commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and leadership
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
