Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to obtain mobile service and pickup/delivery appointments
• Verify and update customer contact information
• Cookordinate Pickup & Delivery logistics with drivers and customers
• Help grow the business through consistent execution and customer satisfaction

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
