We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Experience & Service Coordinator.Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to installations and post-install service
- Calmly resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Conduct post-install follow-up calls and emails
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or service needs related to their installation and/or project
- Support the sales team through customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry
Requirements
- Proven customer service or client support experience
- Excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional tone
- Able to remain calm and able to handle difficult conversations
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt and maintain company processes with consistency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
