About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Experience & Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to installations and post-install service
  • Calmly resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Conduct post-install follow-up calls and emails
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or service needs related to their installation and/or project
  • Support the sales team through customer service
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry

Requirements

  • Proven customer service or client support experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional tone
  • Able to remain calm and able to handle difficult conversations
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to adapt and maintain company processes with consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
