About the role
The Service Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service across all departments. This role involves managing customer interactions, training staff, and implementing policies to enhance service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and mentor team members to improve service delivery.
- Implement and maintain service excellence programs.
- Monitor service metrics and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
