What You'll Do
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
- Receives incoming customer calls reporting repair issues needed for commercial trash and waste compactors.
- Affords assistance to customers with troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues.
- Communicates with a network of repair technicians and manages all communications between the customer and technician until equipment is fixed.
- Documents in CRM database.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of Customer Service phone experience.
- Microsoft Outlook.
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Self-motivated and strong team player in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Preferred: Previous Dispatch experience, Previous Trash/waste industry experience, Accounting software experience.
