Service Dispatcher

Kilgore Industries, one of the largest Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors in Texas, is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Round Rock.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers
• Dispatch service technicians to job sites
• Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers
• Ensure timely completion of service calls
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatcher
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Service Trade experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
