About the role
We are looking for an organized and customer-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team in Odessa, Texas. As the Service Dispatcher, you will coordinate service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to Technicians, and ensuring services meet or exceed the requirements of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs to Service Technicians
- Manage new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system
- Utilize the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments
- Communicate with Service and Parts team members to optimize workloads and proactively manage customer needs
- Manage incoming job leads using established processes
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers
- Manage the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoice proposals for accuracy
- Ensure adherence to safety programs and initiatives, and complete incident reports when needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of previous dispatching or scheduling experience
- Experience in heavy equipment or automotive service industries (strong asset)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $52,000 to $56,160 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule
This is an onsite role based in Odessa, Texas.
