Service Desk and Operations Coordinator
The Role
Paul Mitchell The School Spokane is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to assist the Clinic Classroom Education Leader with goal setting and inventory, communicate with the School Owner/Director to set revenue goals, and place orders for all product, dispensary items, and office and stationary supplies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Use PC computers proficiently, especially with Millennium
- Manage marketing, product management, sales, and team training
- Coach and inspect team members in clinic floor systems
- Set and manage inventory for clinic classroom education
- Communicate with School Owner/Director to set revenue goals
- Place orders for all product, dispensary items, and office supplies
Requirements
- Successful sales experience
- Self-motivated to set and achieve goals
- Ability to balance office and clinic floor responsibilities
